Are LED neon signs prone to breakages? What are they made of?
Our LED Neon signs are custom made with durability and aesthetics in mind. We pride ourselves on our premium quality and long lasting products that are created uniquely for each custom. Our signs use a sturdy acrylic backing which is significantly less prone to breakage when compared to traditional neon.
Our neon signs are environmentally friendly, energy efficient, resistant, non harmful, and all at the most competitive rates worldwide.
Can you use LED Neon Sign Signs outdoor?
Absolutely! Please specify where you intend to install your sign on your ordeer page and our team will create your sign with adequate waterproofing that will enable you to use your sign outdoors regardless of the weather.
What’s the typical lead time for custom orders?
All of our signs are custom handmade in our international facilities. We make sure every detail is specific to your requirements.
As a result of increasing demand lately, our design team is currently running a waitlist. Orders are treated on a 'first come first served' basis and therefore the production time for your sign may range from anywhere between 1-4 weeks. During this production period you will be kept informed on the status of your sign and can even email our team requesting picture updates of production. Our team is available to help 24/7.
Please note - many couriers are experiencing delays due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Although on average our delivery times are accurate, please understand any delays after we have shipped your sign are out of our hands. If you run into any problems during this time please email us and we will do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery and resolving any problems.
Our shipping times refer to the time your neon sign takes to reach you once it has been shipped from our production facility - Once your piece has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Shipping takes an average of 2-7 days depending on the destination country and the shipping package purchased on checkout.
How do you power the neon signs?
All of our neon signs are plug and play. Simply plug them into a standard wall socket (available for every shipping country specifically) and they will turn on. All signs use a 12V transformer.
How long do the LED neon signs last?
Our LED lights last a minimum of 30000 hours. This is approximately 10 years with a running time of 10 hours a day - everyday. This is significantly longer than traditional glass neon. If there is ever an issue with your sign it is usually as a result of the transformer failing. However, these are easily replaceable items and we would be more than happy to help you through that even after your warranty period expires.
Does it require any maintenance?
Nope! Our neon signs just need to be installed and enjoyed - no maintaining necessary.
Installation
What’s the length of the power cord?
The cord from the neon sign is 1.8 meters (6ft) long encased with a clear coating, with an additional of 1.2 meters (4ft) of black or white cord from the power adaptor. There’s another 1 meter (3ft) black or white cord from the adaptor to your plug. In total it’s 13ft from the neon sign to your power plug.
How safe are LED neon signs?
Our LED neon signs run on a 12V transformer which is relatively low when compared to traditional neon. Because of this, no heat is generated on the surface of the sign and the risk of an electrical fire is also significantly reduced even after long hours of continuous operation.
Will my neon sign require any specialist installation?
Most of the neon that we create are for indoor use. These come attached to a sturdy acrylic panel (increasing portability). These signs also come with a standard mains plug (custom fitted per your country's requirements) which can be easily plugged into any power outlet. All you need to do is fix your sign onto your wall using the setup instructions and stencil sheet provided. We also provide a hanging sign option which can be selected on the Custom Neon page.
Neon signs made for special events or permanent outdoor installation may require the help of a specialist.

What does the warranty cover?
We offer a 12 month guarantee on materials and workmanship on all of our neon signs. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

Customization
What are the colors available?
We have a curated list of the 9 most popular colors on our store. These include: Hot Pink, Light Green, Blue, Electric Blue, Purple, Red, Orange, Yellow, and White. We also offer multi color changeable neon signs that can switch between a variety of different colors.
Can you use any font or design to create an LED Neon Sign?
Yes, however some fonts and designs work better than others like script and sans-serif fonts. We will recommend only monoline (equal width) fonts due to the tubing that we are using. If you have any further questions please get in contact with us and we would be happy to assist you.
How much does a custom sign cost?
Our custom sign prices vary depending on the specifics of your order. Size, font type, backing, etc all play a role in our price algorithm that updates live on the order page. Is there a minimum size that you need to work to?
Our neon signs range from 50cm-300cm at the widest point of any given sign. We have noticed that below this 50cm minimum the signs do not look as neatly defined as they should. Some of our special creation signs may come with different minimums as they require a lot of extra neon tubing that requires extra space.
