Shipping Policy
Every one of our neon signs are intricately made by hand to fit your custom requirements. We never compromise on quality and details.
As a result of increasing demand lately, our design team is currently running a waitlist. Orders are treated on a 'first come first served' basis and therefore the production time for your sign may range from anywhere between 1-4 weeks. During this production period you will be kept informed on the status of your sign and can even email our team requesting picture updates of production. Our team is available to help 24/7.
Please note - many couriers are experiencing delays due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Although on average our delivery times are accurate, please understand any delays after we have shipped your sign are out of our hands. If you run into any problems during this time please email us and we will do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery and resolving any problems.
Our shipping times refer to the time your neon sign takes to reach you once it has been shipped from our production facility - Once your piece has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Shipping takes an average of 2-7 days depending on the destination country and the shipping package purchased on checkout.
We offer a range of shipping options to all countries globally, with different prices to reflect different shipping speeds...
Shipping time guidelines are as follow:
US Shipping Rates -
Standard Shipping (DHL/FEDEX Fully Tracked, 4-7 days) - 4-7 days delivery, fully tracked service - FREE for all orders
Express Shipping (DHL/FEDEX Fully Tracked, 1-3 days) - 1-3 days delivery, fully tracked and signed service - $50 on all orders over $300
EU Shipping Rates -
Standard Shipping (DHL/FEDEX Fully Tracked, 4-7 days) - 4-7 days delivery, fully tracked service - FREE for all orders
Express Shipping (DHL Fully Tracked, 1-3 days) - 1-3 days delivery, fully tracked and signed service - $50 on all orders over $300
Global Shipping Rates -

Returns

At NeonCrate we handcraft your custom designs specially for you. Unfortunately as each piece we design is unique in it's own way, we do not offer returns and all sales are final.
On the off chance that a custom piece arrives faulty or damaged, make sure you get in touch with us at info@neoncrate.com. We request you to do this no later than one week from the day of tracked delivery and we will send you a new piece - free of charge!
We offer a 12 month warranty on all pieces, so if your piece breaks or stops working in any way during this period just let us know and we will replace it free of charge! :)
Import Fees/Duties
Orders can be subjected to import fees and taxes for some countries. This varies greatly on the size of your sign and the destination country.
This is typical for any item bought online and shipped internationally. Please note some orders won't be subjected to import fees, but others will have to be. These additional costs are not covered by NeonCrate and will require payment from the customer.
**Please note, packages CAN be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is not in our control. This is a rare occasion, but it can happen.**
